Terms of Service

By accessing or using SaaSKit Pro at https://saaskitpro.com (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify you of material changes by email or in-app notice.

SaaSKit Prois a software-as-a-service platform that provides [describe your core service here — e.g., "project management and team collaboration tools"]. The Service is provided "as is" and may be modified, expanded, or discontinued at any time.

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

You must be at least 13 years old (or 16 in the EU) to create an account. Accounts may not be transferred to another person without our written consent.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.
• Transmit harmful, offensive, or misleading content.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' accounts.
• Perform automated scraping, crawling, or data harvesting without our written consent.
• Resell or sublicense access to the Service without authorization.
• Interfere with the integrity or performance of the Service.
• Transmit malware, viruses, or any other malicious code.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately for violations of this section.

Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you:

• Authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, as selected).
• Agree that payments are processed by Stripe and subject to their Terms of Service.
• Acknowledge that subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as described in Section 6.
• Agree to maintain a valid payment method on file.

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Price changes take effect at the next billing cycle.

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new Pro subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with the Service within 14 days of your first payment, contact [email protected] for a full refund. After 14 days, all payments are final.

Refunds for annual plans may be prorated at our discretion. Enterprise contract refunds are governed by the applicable order form.

The Service, including all software, design, text, graphics, and other content ("Content"), is owned by or licensed to SaaSKit Pro and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your internal business purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You retain ownership of any content you submit through the Service ("Your Content"). By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, and display Your Content solely as necessary to provide the Service.

If you create or join an organization within the Service:

• The organization owner is responsible for all team members' use of the Service.
• Organization owners can add, remove, and manage member permissions.
• When you leave an organization, you lose access to its data.
• When an organization is deleted, all associated data is permanently removed within 30 days.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

The Service integrates with third-party services including Stripe (payments) and Resend (email). Your use of those services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the actions or omissions of third-party service providers.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SAASKIT PRO AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) $100.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SaaSKit Proand its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

You may close your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for:

• Violations of these Terms.
• Non-payment of subscription fees.
• Inactivity for more than 12 months on a free plan.
• Any reason with 30 days' notice (paid plans).

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification) shall survive.

These Terms are governed by the laws of [Your Jurisdiction], without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved by binding arbitration under [Arbitration Rules], except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.

You waive any right to participate in a class-action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
